The many benefits of fresh air have long been known and this article  by Nikita Ponnappah lists some of the many benefits and encourages everyone to enjoy time outdoors and get the maximum health benefits from the fresh air. Although this might not be easy when teaching  or learning it’s important to take a break. Even a short walk outside will help you feel more refreshed and allow you to teach and learn more effective. Lack of breaks, can reduce productivity, concentration and the quality of your work may be affected.
